We offer detailed Animal Care Sheets with important information about the proper care of companion animals, informative articles about keeping pets happy and healthy, a New Pet Center with everything needed to bring home a new companion animal, and a wide range of services to pamper, train and care for pets.

To ensure the right match is made for every customer, we also offer customers a 14-day return policy on all companion animals sold in our stores. After 14 days, if pet ownership is proving too difficult for a customer’s lifestyle, we’ll work with one of our local adoption partners to find a forever home for the animal.
