My chiropractor’s receptionist called me this morning to tell me how appreciative she was for the help PETCO gave not only her, but the thousands of pet parents who had been evacuated and went to Qualcomm Stadium during the fires. While she had most of the items she needed to take care of her four dogs, she said many did not and that PETCO was there for them. She not only was touched by the fact that PETCO was there, but also the proactive effort our associates made to approach people to give them advise and to express their care in addition to giving them the products they needed.
She will be a PETCO ambassador as well as a customer for life.
There are so many stories like this out there, but her feelings she has toward PETCO now, because of our associates’ passion touched me and I wanted to share that with you.
